LOL, I miss the Eddie Murphy stand-up days.
even if there was a prenup 10 years = alimony 4lyfe
Sums it up pretty well. It would be one thing if she had helped him earn his money. Like if he were a doctor and they slummed/struggled together for a few years to put him through medical school.
She didn't do shit, though, except put up with him which she could have stopped doing at any moment if she had wanted to. Why does she 'deserve' half?![]()
More like she just waited 10 years... alimony for life in California. Well played. :awe:
that don't matter really. as there was no pre-nupe.
The exploitation and decline of the institution of marriage continues... He should not have cheated on her, but she put up with it long enough to take him to the cleaners, bah...More like she just waited 10 years... alimony for life in California. Well played.
QFTWhy do rich guys like that even get married? With that kind of fame and money you know she isnt going to just leave for no reason.
It's not necessarily alimony for life. It just means that the expiration date for alimony is up to the judge, whereas if it was under 10 years, it would be automatically capped at half the length of the marriage. Also, when he stops playing ball, he won't be making much money aside from investment gains, and can get the spousal support adjusted accordingly.
Anyways, he should have dumped her long time ago if he wanted to chase tail. If he dumped her in 2003, he would have only been on the hook for a year of alimony plus the child support.
She never loved him. It was all a plot to get the money.

Career move? Marketers don't want to peddle shit to anyone with someone who isn't married?
Looks like Deon Sanders is getting a divorce to:
