It's a police document, not a porno.

He doesn't exactly cover precisely what happend and the document is shaky... lines repeated a few times: like "Line repeated lines repeated lines repeated a few times"... and there are lots of "(inaudible)" notes when they are talking about it.

Sure. I'm gonna read the whole thing anyway so I'll put together some Cliff's Notes as I go along

Page 19 is where he starts describing the act of "gettin' jiggy wit it"

Pages 33-36 have some interesting details:
  • Page 33 Bryant says "She wasn't that attractive"
  • Page 34 he says he didn't finish and did something after she left...
  • Page 35 Kobe's big but she's also big...no resistance
  • Page 36 starts to describe his consistent affair w/someone named Michelle

Page 40 has some hard-to-understand details about the foreplay

Page 42-43 for some reason doesn't blur out Kobe's phone numbers

Page 48 Kobe calls how he held the accuser "Strangling" and says he's sexed up Michelle "A lot"

After that, it's pretty much just admin stuff
 
just as we had suspected all along....kobe is innocent, and a moron....and masterbates like everyone else....

I hope not. Definitely poor guy.

His indiscretion (marital infidelity) remains between his wife and himself--and nobody else's business. Besides, you hear this 'class act' false accuser of Kobe's is something like 2 months pregnant? The father is probably some other low-life she met in one of her rehab stints. An immature, suicidal, drug- and sex-addicted, college drop-out 20 year-old with crap for parents is producing offspring that will no doubt be fed and cared for with help from the welfare roll--this is in addition to what she's sponged off of Colorado taxpayers during the non-case. Hope he learns from his mistakes and now knows the piece of gold he has at home and the piece of trash he almost lost everything for.

But this all gets no attention here... Kobe's adultery remains the only item of any lasting importance or significance here. Nevermind the damage this Colorado whore could've wreaked on his innocent kid, wife, family & friends. He needed to rot in prison because some folks still just can't tolerate his 'air,' or the Lakers. Real intelligent.:roll:

Nobody deserves to be falsely accused of rape, a crime in which he potentially faced spending years on end in prison. So yes, poor guy indeed.
 
If it was strictly a false accusation, his lawyer-written, off-the-record statement after the case was dismissed read as a mea culpa of sorts.

He's got a super hot wife at home and he's having sex with other women, I will never understand that. I guess he wants both worlds or something.
