I'm a kings fan, but everybody needs to STFU about kobe not being the man in LA. After not shooting in the kings game and now this?!

All Shaq can say is "Give me my mutha fvckin extension" - dude is already making approximately $250,000 per game.

i still think LA in shaqs team

yes kobe hit 2 big shots today but he also bricked two free throws at a point where they could have put portland out

...patterson also bricked two free throws at a point where they could have put los angeles out. 😉

That was terribly embarassing.. I could not believe that happened.. Lakers got so lucky that PAtterson bricked the next two... scary!

Some of the calls for this game was really questionable though... I'm not a Blazers fan or laker hater, but the refs really seemed to be helping the Lakers out tonight...

patterson more so than stoudamire though

pump up the crowd, then miss 2 FTs, then have kobe bust one in your face

Well youre a laker hater so cant really count on you to say anything positive about them... 🙂

Eh? The two bricked free throws would've put the Lackers down by 1 still.

So then Patterson bricked two free throws that would've put the game out of reach.

And Kobe hit the tying 3.

Two entirely diffferent situations.

Apparently, Patterson asked for Kobe's autographed shoes after the game. Good gesture, especially after seeing how he was shaking his head in disbelief after the winning shot.

"Afterward, Bryant gave Patterson an autographed pair of his shoes."

"Yeah, I asked for his shoes," Patterson said. "I said, `You've got to give me your shoes for that one.' "

it was more of the series: 2 missed FT, followed by missed jumper, followed by turnover

Is Patterson the self-proclaimed Kobe-stopper a few years back???

What a shot, with leauge leading shot blocker Theo Ratliff and "Kobe Stopper" Patterson launch toward you and with division title and playoff placement on the line, 1.0 second left and nothing but net - all in one smooth motion of unbelievable greatness. Did you see it too, MJ?
