TranceNation, most likely, it'd just's a hijacked account or made to look so :|

In the past month I've been seeing alot of Pr0n spam from Excite, Lycos, and Mail.coms domains. I think the spammers are begining to use domain spoofs in their return address fields.

Not that they hadnt done it before, its seems someones found a loophole in the email spamming laws or has resorted to this illegally.

Even if they're domain spoofs though, spam blockers that have a "block domain" option will still catch those emails. I blocked all email from excite.com, aol.com, mail.com, usa.net etc. and get almost no spam now, and almost nobody I know uses email addresses from those domains. (Or I told them I was blocking it and send from a different address.)

Luckily I don't get much spam from hotmail.com or yahoo.com, since a lot more people use those email services.

I get a fair bit of spam from yahoo addresses. Sucks because a lot of legit folks use that too.
