Knowledgebase software

Our company is looking into purchasing a knowledgebase solution. We are currently looking at Talisma but was wondering if anyone have any other recommendations.

there are plenty of open source web based ones. Most are rolled up into other goo with it,

We use Egroupware. Though if you don't have someone who can reiably "work" on it, don't bother. Upgrading it is a PITA.
