Well I have been meaning to upgrade and was pretty much ready to order once the 2.8/2.6 800 fsb p4's came out. I was planning on getting a canterwood board but since I have to wait I am now thinking that all I may need is springdale. All I really want on a board is 8x agp, dual ddr support, plus serial ata would be nice for a future upgrade (the 150's don't look like their much better than standard ide drives now). I am pretty much a gamer/coder and don't need much else. The only difference I have really seen in the two chipsets is PAT and I have heard that only give you a boost for serial ata raid.
Any sage words of wisdom or links with direct comparisions would be appreciated. Also it seems people hit the april 14th date pretty much in the head for canterwood, anyone have a date for springdale?
