I was going to use fucktardery as it is the best descriptor.

As an MP I recall a time when we were working a traffic accident and I had my entire patrol car parked across both lanes of traffic to protect the scene and the evidence. My lights were on, I had traffic cones out to fill in the front and rear bumper areas, it was pretty damn clear I wasn't going to let cars through.

Why then did no less than two people drive up and actually try to DRIVE AROUND all of that?! Fucktardery, that's why.
