Know anything about generator heads/engines?

Hi all,

I need to replace the engine on a very old Coleman/Powermate generator. I wanted to purchase a Honda engine of the same HP, but I'm not sure if the bolt patterns & shafts are the same.

I've looked at Honda's site and either I don't know what I'm looking at or they don't have bolt patterns and shafts speced out.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Are you looking at the GX series? I don't know the specs off the top of my head but I'm sure the data exists out there on the web.

Bolt circle is 3-5/8", shaft diameter is 3/4", and shaft length is 2-7/16".
