J Lohr chardonnay, 2003, for white.

Rex Goliath 47 pound rooster pinot or shiraz. Amazing for $6-7.
Vitiano, if you can find it <2003. Look in italian section. Right around $10.

Yellow tail shiraz from Australia isn't bad, a little spicy for me. Costco carries smoking loon that's reasonably tasteful and priced right.
