Any ideas? It's okay if it takes awhile to cook as long as it's not that hard to make or prepare. Beef or chicken based... do you have any suggestions?
do up a couple of boneless skinless chicken breasts in some shake & bake with a Sidekicks sidedish and some new whole potatoes boiled up. my wife calls it the "boneless skinless dinner".
Get yourself a nice piece of sirloin, hammer it flat, make herb stuffing, spread the stuffing thinly on the sirloin, roll it up, tie it, and enjoy a delicious roulade!
chicken breasts, sliced mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Dredge chix in flour. shake off excess. Brown in pan wit a little oil. Remove chicken. add onion, garlic and mushrooms for a few minutes till softened. Add some lemon juice and a little chix stock. Stir until slightly thickened. Put chix back in pan, lower heat and simmer until chix is cooked... about 15 minutes on low heat/simmer covered.
