Know a good free Ethernet Datascope program?

I've just put in a new switch with a myriad of flashing lights, and stuff seems to be flashing at inopportune times. I'd like to know exactly what is leaving this one particular PC on the network. Does anyone know of an Ethernet data-dump program which works on 98 and 2000?
