Knicks vs Yao Ming. anyone else gonna watch??

I got the Knicks game tonite on MSG. love living near new york.

anyway, the only reason i'm watching this game is cause of yao ming. he is really that good.

he could be THE next big star in this league. he might do what shaq and kobe failed to do, reignite an interest in the NBA.

ya, and if you read that thread you would have noted that i was reasonably good humored about it. i know that i was taken. and as i explained in that thread i usually am willing to pay a bit extra if it gets me convenience. in retrospect if i had only paid for 1 month i wouldn't have felt bad at all about it.

but i don't see how that relates to this thread at all, except to try and be superior. your joke wasn't clever, it wasn't original, it wasn't even funny. it was just belittleing and i dont' see why i should tolerate it.

That's also in only 26 minutes. Most starters average about high 30's low 40's in minutes so u can guess how dominant his #'s would be if he played more minutes.

His minutes per game are really off because he was only played a little during the first 10 games of the season. If it's possible to check his numbers since he became a starter you would see quite a difference.

actually, his numbers correspond to his minutes played. he has averaged 17 ppg and 11 rpg over the last 5 games. he's also had more than 27 mpg pt tho.

his best stretch he hit 90 percent of his FG. better than most NBA players FT percentage. pretty amazing. he averaged almost 30 ppg during that stretch.

he is for real. he is going to be a major force.
