Knick Knacks up the Yin Yang

Zuni, I've been getting all these little knick-knack-ish ideas lately for the forums.

I've wondered why the little buttons for FuseTalk code aren't above the Private Messages? I often forget how to do the less used ones like email and LI ... any way to put those little buttons up there?
