Hi everyone, the ski season's ending, and people're clearing out their stock!

I found Kneissl Soft Shell Ski Boots for only $86 bucks!!!

These Kneissl Soft Shell ski boots have gotten great reviews. They're a ski boot, but the inner shell is soft, like a snowboard boot, making them more comfortable from what I hear. On eB@y, these're going for $150 plus shipping, which is already not a bad deal.

www.sportmart.ca has these boots for $150 CAN. If you register on their site as a member, you save $20 bucks and they also offer free shipping! (I think the free shipping may or may not apply to Canada only. More about that below.) Further, they don't charge tax for US residents, so it's $130 CAN for a pair of awesome ski boots. That's about $86 US. In the US, ski boots are like, $150 US.. ouch! So if you're looking for some ski boots, check these out. they seem pretty good, and are a hell of a deal.

Now about shipping. I'm in California, and my final invoice said tax: $0.00 and shipping: $0.00. But I've heard from other people that they call you up and ask for an additional $20 CAN to ship to the US. (Which is ok, because their promotion did say free shipping to ~Canadian~ orders.) In any case, I'm not sure if that's true or not yet, but even for a pair of ski boots, $100 shipped is a great deal. Hope this helps some of you!

Wow, these look pretty nice... but I don't know that I'd recommend buying ski boots online. When I was shopping for a pair last year, I must have tried on like 15-20 different models. Ironically, I was looking in the $200-$400 range, and the only pair I tried that I really liked the fit of was about $450. Almost all of them "offended" my foot in way way or another, either the toes were cramped or they pinched across the top of my foot, or they tried to contort my heel in some odd way.

Then later I happened to have some time to kill on the slopes, and picked up a pair in a resort ski shop - for about $130. For whatever reason, that particular boot just happened to fit my foot better than most of the others. Didn't feel quite as good as the $450 pair, but for the money they were well worth it.

Anyway, just my $0.02. It was my experience that finding a good fiitting boot was MUCH harder than, for instance, finding a pair of shoes that fit. (which has never been a problem for me)

I second flot. Don't buy ski boots without trying them out. I recommend buying them from retailers with good return policy like REI and Sport Chalet. They even let you return or exchange after using them.

Bad fitted ski boots can totally ruin your ski trip.

I thought these boots were just for skiboards/snowblades or whatever you wanna call em. Are they stiff enough for twin-tips or full length skis?

yah, good deal but these are meant for skiboards other know as ski dogs. These probably will be bad to use with long skis. Problem anything under 140 CM. Good deal tho for 180 you can get a ski board and boots. I have seen a 100 dollar board new online

Q: Do you ship to the U.S. and Internationally?
A: We are able to ship to continental U.S. Currently there is an additional freight charge for all U.S. orders that is calculated on an order by order basis and is applied after the order has been completed. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to International destinations. Please return to www.sportmart.ca for future updates.
