Knees hurt when I run, need help on what to do....

i actaully went to the dr today for the same problem but for playing basketball. he said my knees were inflammed and gave me Celebrex to take for 3 weeks and no bball for 3 weeks
if it doesnt get better im suppose go back and get an MRI
