KN8 SLI + NVIDIA Network Adapter Problem!

I just finished wiring my computer with my new power supply.. Everything was working fine before I cleaned up the wiring in my computer.. Now my gigabit lan isn't working. Its blinking on and off in 1 second intervals.. consistently. Any ideas? I've tried resetting the cmos, reinstalling drivers, trying a different network cable.. Nothing is working. My motherboard is the Abit KN8-SLI.
 
Gotta be kidding me.. One of my ports on my 4 port router just happend to go bad (I guess?) as I was rewiring.. That one port doesn't work right... Gah..
