kmixer.sys bsod crash on windowsxp!

I keep getting a BSoD that says kmixer.sys failed! It happens usually after gaming. It happens about once a week. How do I fix this? I searched on google, and this seems like a windows 2000 problem, but I'm using windows xp! The MS fix only works for windows 2000...

i think this was related to the new nforce 3.13 drivers, because i never got this crash when i haven't installed it. I just reinstalled the 2.45.. hope I don't get it anymore. Damn nvidia driver quality is slipping!
