I've decided to buy either the Klipsh Promedia speakers or the Cambridge Soundworks 5.1 2500 speakers. The problem is I can't decide which ones' are better. Could anyone give me some suggestions on which ones' are better. Thanks. (REALLY TOUGH DECISION)

have the dtt2500s so I might be a bit biased... they support digital out and can decode DD5.1 so if you have a DVD player that might be a good reason to get them. I use a full live and they sound nice with digital out. If you want just raw loud power, Ive heard the klipsh speakers are the way to go since they are what, like 400W or something? not bad at all. I would love to have the speakers louder on the 2500s but still I usually cant turn them up too loud anyways since im in the dorm during school and in apartments during the summer. I usually have the bass about 1/3 of the way up since I listen to lots of punk that doesnt need much bass in it so it is ok for stuff like that, and it still sounds good in games and other music.

And I'll be biased towards the klipsch's :) They are definately powerful. And it's unlikely I'll ever use it to its fullest, but hell, it's nice to know I'll be able to blow the dorm hall out if i need to :)

If you do more DVD, i'd go w/ the cambridge. But even w/ the klipsch, DVD's are great.. i put matrix on.. wow...

only thing that would really make me happy would be altec lansing putting out a DD5.1 setup using the speakers from the ACS48s. those are the best desktop stereo speakers I have ever heard.

hmm.. interesting... do they support digital input? Im looking that that review now. if they support digital in (via either spdif or digitalDIN preferably) Ill have to consider upgrading. (or downgrading since no DD5.1 but oh well)

I would of given the Klipsh Promedia 5 ouf of 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that there is no output for a headphone jack. :(

That sucks.
