Klipsch Promedia 2.1

Every review I look at calls the Klipsch Promedia 2.1s the king of 2.1 computer speakers however they no longer seem to be available. If they are no longer available then what is the new king of 2.1 computer speakers and/or where can I find the Klipschs.
Thanks

I think Razer's Mako might be the new legitimate king of 2.1 speakers, however @ $399 MSRP, I'm sure most would rather go with a common 5.1 setup (whether you track down one of Klipsch's or go with something else that's still on the market)

Klipsch

In effect yes they are, If you look at each of the sellers linked they are either out of stock or selling used speakers.

Any other thoughts/suggestions?

Ah, those great promedia 2.1 speakers. Just spent the last week on the phone with Klipsch about them:
1. They are still being produced and shipped. Klipsch is getting a whole new shipment this month (11/2008)
2. There are few sales outlets as there have been problems with some of the retailers (e.g. Best Buy) You should buy directly from Klipsch online.
3. The speakers are amazing for the price. I've had them for years and use them for various things such as presentations, video editing etc.
4. They have drawbacks: a) The connector in the back is fragile. b) The controller in the amplifier goes bad on certain sets. All of this is covered by the warranty (Klipsch is great with that stuff) but outside retailers are not so forthcoming.

The M-Audios are fine, but more of a low-powered ref monitor. The promedias have way more possibilities but also can function adequately as refs when you turn down the whopping subwoofer. Anything better than the promedias will be about 3x the price.

I've been using the i-Fi, which I think is similar to the Promedia 2.1 but with an ipod dock. Received as a gift and have had them for a year. Great speakers.
