Klipsch gives you more sound power - and top quality. Klipsch is a speaker house for decades - Logitech makes good mice. :)

That's nice . . . but irrelevant to the question.

Klipsch without a second thought. I have one and and enjoying it. It is money well spent.

Because he asked for a choice between two. Why not interject JBL studio monitors or something? You are making an assumption of fact not in evidence by saying MOST people don't realize there are other brands. I venture to say that is not a fact. All we are doing now is neffing.

I've seen the Swans and feel more comfortable buying from Logitech or Klipsch. Swan seems to be a Chinese outfit, and that particular model has some oddities that I don't care for. I don't mind the suggestion, but I'm aware of almost all the choices. Just have a tough time deciding.

Owned Logitech Z-560s (4.1, the first model to feature that boomy 8" sub). They were ok but the range was lacking, and at first and at times it was a good setup. But in the end they wore on me. Even with the sub all the way down. That said, I'm willing to hear peoples thoughts on the Z-2300 because in gaming at high volume they've got to be great. I did like the manual cable install on the Logitechs. Makes custom lengths and installing heavier gauge wire a bit easier for me. I used a bit bigger gauge and noticed a slight sound quality difference on the Z560s.

I think the Klipsch are great but always doubting that 6" sub to hit the lows that make games so much fun. But in everything else, the separate mid/tweeter is to die for (low volumes ect).

Still open to more thoughts and appreciate it!

The two models in the title are so dang close that the debate has raged for a while now. I prefer the Z2300s but thats just me. My advice is buy whichever one is the cheapest delivered or picked up. Both are very good choices IMO and you should be happy either way.
