Klipsch owners... especially 5.1's... please read!!

just wondering, do you turn yours off at night, or when you are not using them? I just got the 5.1's and a few people have told me that it isn't good if you leave the on constantly.

My 2.1's heat-sink gets hot, even when no signal is being sent to them from my sound card. So, I tend to turn them off when my PC is off. I dont KNOW that it does any good, but I highly doubt it hurts anything.

Just dont overclock the amp then u'd need a bigger heatsink and a nice delta fan

have any idea what batch yours are from... if you look at the serial # one of the first characters is a letter.... did you just recently buy them?

Same here. Bought the very first rendition of the 4.1's... must be about 2 years ago now. No problems.

i just got the 5.1s yesterday and have left them on constantly without problems so far.
