Klipsch 5.1 vs Home Theatre

I am trying to decide on a speaker system to hook to my computer. I can get the Klipsch 5.1 for $400. What reason would there be to get the Klipsch over a mini or full size home theatre system for equal or less money. I am looking at the Kenwood HTB204. Would the Kenwood be better? I am open for other sub $500 sytems suggestions.

Definitely get the Kenwood... nothing comes close to the sound of a full-size home threater setup...
