Klipsch 4.1 problems

I just bought these speakers and when I plugged them in they didn't power up. The LED thats supposed to be red/green whever its off/on doesn't light up. I managed to somehow get it to work a couple minutes later but I unplugged the sub for a sec and bam, same problem.

Anyone know what I can do to solve this?

Request an RMA/return it immediately, and try again.

If the same problem persists, we'll try to help you brainstorm (but it'll be idle speculation still).

Well, I've been reading around and I know its the sub that isn't working. I've tested all the speakers and they work, so it has to be the sub.
