klipsch 2.1's right speaker not working.....

I just bought a soundblaster audigy 2 with klipsch 2.1's promedias now my right speaker with the subwoofer and volume knobs is not working. Adjusting the volume and subwoofer works but, no noise comes out of the speaker.
