Klegg NetDisk Help

I got a Klegg NetDisk and put in a hard drive but cannot get to connect. I first formatted while it was plugged into USB but didn't want that so I deleted partition. I kept tring to set up the unformatted drive in the Klegg but it will not see it. I then formatted on my desktop and then moved to the Klegg but still not connecting. I have installed and reinstalled the connecting software and reregistered several times and have tried to plug it into my switch, router and then directly to my ethernet port on my computer but still not connecting at all. By the way I disable Windows firewall and I don't have any other firewall going.

CAn anybody give me help.
