So here's what I want to accomplish. I want to be sitting on my couch in front of my speakers (Focal CMS65) holding my iDevice (Pod Classic 7G) which is streaming music to DAC (HRT iStreamer) losslessly. So far the only technology, as far as I can tell, that can do peer-to-peer lossless transfer of digital audio is KLEER. AptX ain't lossless, and AptX Lossless is not supported by any Android device yet.

So far my search has uncovered two transmitter dongles and one receiver dongle. These are manufactured by Focal and Airphonic.

Are there any others? Or is there another solution, using either an iPod Classic or Android device, that is just as simple AND just as capable (i.e. lossless transmission)? And before you suggest it, no, AirPort or Wi-Fi won't do. Thanks.

expensive.
if you wanna be a true playa, might as well get sonos.
for me, bluetooth on phone, with bluetooth receiver to stereo is good enough and less expensive.
