Looking for a few pointers to help me decide which board gets to drive my axia to new heights. I have looked at both very closely but I would like to know your experiences.

I am definately going RAID in the near future.

I've heard that the on board sound of the Iwill board is fair and does not burn up any cycles.

1 - does either board have more raid options then the other?

2 - does their seem to be any edge as far as overclocking?

3 - where is there any best buys you've seen?

4 - what does ASUS have that compares?

thanks for your time

1) Both boards have the same RAID options but different RAID controllers(HighPoint 370 for the Abit and AM1 for the IWill).
2) IWill overclocks higher and has a higher stability rating.
3) I think most will recommend NewEgg.
4) Asus has the A7V133 which is also not a bad option.

I have a 1.2ghz AVIA bird, and with my KT7A-R, I could run a max speed of just under 1.4ghz and a max FSB of 145. I now have the Iwill KK266-R and I am now have a max speed on my CPU of ~1.45ghz and a FSB of 167mhz...the choice is clear for me. Also, the AMI RAID controller has some nice utilities and is a little easier to setup than the Highpoint..no big deal though. I would agree with Biggs on Newegg, I got mine for $140 shipped.
