KK266 with Win98se owners

I have found that if you have a MS Intellimouse Optical USB plugged in, when you go to shutdown Win98se, the system will try to restart over and over instead of shutting down. I messed with this one for about an hour before I figured out what was going on.

Install the April (NOT May) BIOS from the IWill site. This will fix your problem.
