KK266... which bios setting activate the 2 USB ports in back panel?

The terminology can be confusing. The user's guide can be difficult to understand.
I have a usb mouse, ps/2 keyboard and usb/parallel Epson printer which I can't seem to configure for usb.
Maybe I have the the bios for the usb slots messed up. Can you help me out? Thanks.

Sorry, I don't know the amswer since I haven't bought one (yet!). But, could you tell me where you got the cable to add the second set of ports?

Actually, I don't have a cable for that second set of ports. I'm still trying to correctly configure the bios for the first set.

That would be USB 0 for the rear ones and USB 1 for the front header pins

The settings for this adjustment are under the "Advance Chipset Features" headiung in your bios. As for finding the extra USB header, Belkin makes a generic panel that connects to the board.
