This board so far is a mixture of good and bad...
The wierdest thing is that my Tbird 750, overclocks only to 850 if I change the multiplier no matter what I #X I set... I even stripped off the defogger stuff and meticulously cleaned the top of my cpu to make sure there was not anything shorting things... and my locked cpu still would go to 850 if I changed the multiplier from anything but default...
It seems to run stabler at 975mhz then 750... ??? but you can't change the AGP/PCI divider - it goes from 1/3 to 1/4 if you can make 133FSB... but this chip can't do over 990mhz... so I think I fried my network card...
Outlook express no longer works, it crashes when I open it (even with a new network card so it is not related to that)...
It plays back video (mpeg, divx, etc.. much better than my old Pro2a and appears to work fine in agp 4x mode...)
I was hoping this board was going to change the bad luck I had on the Pro2a... not likely... according to a post on Iwill's messageboard (I don't know if its true) but Iwill supposedly is acknowledgeing a problem with revision 1.2 of the board... but this may be false..
Anyway my problems are sure as hell true...
Anyone else have a rev 1.2 board, are you having any problems? any ideas on solving my problems?
