KK266 problem

Folks, I am trying to up my I/O voltage and can't figure out how to get it to happen on the Iwill KK266 mobo.

The manual says you have jumpers to add 5% and 10%, respectively, and says they're up near where the power plugs into the board. Problem is that the manual only shows one row with 3 jumper prongs. Up by MY power plug, i have TWO rows of 3 jumper prongs. Looks like this:

Which ones control the voltage? I've tried it in ALL sorts of configs, but can't get it to work. Your help is appreciated! 🙂

The manual is wrong, the jumper is between the top blue IDE ports and the third dimm module...it's right below the one of the motherboard mounting holes...
