New IWill KK266 plus motherboard.
Video Card, Sound Blaster Live value, internal DSL modem.
Fresh 98 SE install...all devices seem to work fine, no conflicts ect...

The movie portion of Mechwarrior 4 wont play, and every boot, I get the "detecting new hardware" followed by "PCI multimedia device found" messages. The device manager does reveal a phantom pci multimedia device....?

I have no other devices installed.

Something I need to know about this mobo that I missed? Thanks in advance...


Solved = Needed to set the jumper to disable the onboard sound. Jumper is located between the 4th and 5th pci slots away from the agp slot.
