KK266 multiplier issue. . .

Is anybody else having trouble running with a multiplier value of 13, 14, or 15 on their KK266? I've got a T-Bird that'll do 1466MHz at 133x11 but I want to see if I can get the dang thing to run in the 100MHz fsb range(with the memory set to +33MHz in the BIOS) since my experience has shown me that a T-bird run at a lower fsb will perform at a higher clock rate; obviously I'm going for the big 1.5GHz, so any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
