Any issues that you notice? Temped to go for it now also. A coworker (AT&T Note 3) recommended doing a factory reset afterwards because of some odd problems like lag, and apps freezing. When jumping major versions I always reset/full wipe, in my old root/ROM days.

So far so good, I didn't wipe & factory reset yet because I don't have time tonight. Will do so later if I encounter any issues.

Jeez is Verizon always like this? I was complaining when AT&T finally released KK for their Note 3 a month and a half ago.

Updated. Don't notice any difference.

Only thing I care about is now finally SideSync 3 works between my Note 12.2 and Note 3.

And yeah, Verizon sucks.
