I really enjoy Kitchen Nightmares, but the problem is that they show the huge crowds that show up after the restaurant is remade, and they're only there because they know Gordon Ramsey is there. I would expect more often than not that the restaurants don't significantly turn around after he leaves.

It depends actually...I have seen a few on the show end up great...forget the names of what ones.
