Kitchen Knives

Any chefs in the house?
Need me a decent all purpose kitchen knife as the one i bought recently is already going dull (stupid me for buying even the most expensive from walmart). So any of those package deals on TV any good like the miracle blade or the ginsu?
I prepare a lot of veggies so want something with a good sharp chopping blade that i dont have to resharpen every week 😛

My favourite recipe for broccoli:

Take 1Lb Broccoli
Open Bin
Add Broccoli to Contents
Eat real food

😀

<- Not a fan of broccoli

Those would do very nicely. Just make sure you've got a good steel and sharpen the knife regularly - don't wait for it to go blunt.

I would actually recommend one of these for veggie prep. I own this knife and it works really well. A chef's knife (particularly a big one) does not work that well with vegetables. If you were serious about brocolli, which is tough to cut for a vegetable, than I'd get this.
