...was a great movie!

I just bought it at Borders along with the new Ludacris album "Word Of Mouf" and they're both great.

I really reccomend the movie to you. Too bad my stupid DVD drive wouldn't play the whole thing so I had to use my Pioneer standalone.

Haha yeah cause Romeo Must Die was pretty crappy. The thing that bothered me about this movie though was the pressure point junk with the needles, I'm pretty familiar with pressure points, and am friends with accupuncturists as well and that stuff was totally fake, but again its a movie, I'll normall suspend belief for a good action film.

DMX ruled in Romeo Must Die, waaaay better than "mini DMX" Ja Rule in Fast & The Furious.

I dunno, I didn't like this movie. I actually started laughing a few times (and not during comic relief). Good entertainment, I guess, but nothing special.

hehehe... i was totally watching this movie... and thinking Jet Li played a mini Kenshiro... i wondered if Jet Li studied Hokuto Shinken.

Romeo Must Die SUCKS for plot. Kiss of the Dragon rocks for both plot and action.

The only part that I really didn't like in that movie was Jet Li going up against all the martial arts students. It fell right into the karate movie stereotype. The main character fights one or two guys and the rest just dance around waiting for their turn to get their ass kicked. The rest of it was pretty good though.

I agree with SmallMan. That scene, while very cool, was stereotypical. The rest was very cool. The two Duke Nukem type guys were cool.

That movie blew

The acting sucked - but what do you expect from a guy who doesn't speakie da englese

The plot was lame and utterly ludicrous - impossible to suspend disbelief. 1 guy can take on an entire police station of cops and win and the building isn't surrounded by a million more cops in 5 minutes? rrrrriigghtttt.... oh yeah, and the accupuncture thing was real believable

The martial arts scenes were weak - at least in comparison to other Jet Li movies like The Enforcer

Nevertheless, I still watched and found a way to enjoy it. I'm a sucker for action movies...

I guess I've been spoiled by all those great Jet Li films of the past because I thought Kiss of the Dragon was below average. I wouldn't go far as to say it stunk but to this day, I still haven't seen a good american Jet Li film. (Perhaps with the exeception of Lethal Weapon 4 but even that movie was good, not great.)

If there's a special audio track that mutes out Bridget Fonda's useless whining for the whole movie, I'll watch it again.
The movie was great except for her pointless tirades. Ugh.

I liked the action and I found Bridget Fonda pretty cute.

The acupunture stuff was pretty cool, although it would've been cooler if they went into all the Daoist alchemy stuff behind it.
