KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park

Has anyone seen this? It looks like a steaming pile of cinematic crap that might be really fun to watch because of its high degree of awfulness. I didn't even know a KISS movie existed, but this weekend on VH1 there was a "history of KISS" type of program.

I'm betting this flick is full of unintentional laughs:

Star Child: What do you compute, Space Ace?
Space Ace: Insufficient data at the moment, Star Child!

Gold!

Having been a KISS fan since 1976 I can say that the movie is crap. Still....didn't stop me from buying it on VHS when it first came out. Of course now I own in on DVD as well. It's good for a laugh....pretty messed up stuff really.

i own the VHS tape. It's interesting because as menacing as they look, they play real softies. classic 70's cheese. their costumes are timeless however, and worth watching the movie just to check out.

One thing to remember if you watch it. The voices for Ace & Peter aren't really theirs. They were both so f'd up on drugs, etc....that they couldn't remember their lines. The voices for them were dubbed in at post production.

Still....get drunk....watch it....and have a good laugh.

I've only seen it once and it was waaaayyyy back in the day. I was a kid and I liked KISS so I really liked it for just seeing them in a movie. 😱 😀

IIRC it was made for TV, because I remember watching it when I was a little kid. It's pretty laughable as an adult.

Yeap... and it ROCKED. One of the all-time greatest campy movies made. A timeless classic.

Yeah, I remember it being on TV as well. Maybe I saw it on Dr. Madblood...?
