Are you people serious? You don't think celebrities have an enormous advantage over the common man? They have have their own chefs, dieticians, and fitness trainers that they don't have to leave their mansion for. This is assuming they don't use spend .05% of their money on plastic surgery to remedy the situation.
 
She's far from skinny. In her latest commercial she still has a rather large ass and they still dress her in dark clothing, typical of a fat person.
