The last one would be good for a case like the XClio Windtunnel. The others would be better for cases with the normal front to rear airflow pattern. Looks like the first two are the same, so Kingwin must be OEMing with Xigma or both OEMing from yet a third party...

My experience w/ Kingwin has been good. I have a case and a vid card cooler on a 6800 agp. The cooler is a universal type, worked very well on my 7950GT pcie, but you're right, they do cheese and the instructions suck. I would consider a bolt thru mod and backplate for the first cooler and IMO, I don't think the second would be worth using. Too few heatpipes and too much distance for the heat to travel. Eh, what do I know....

Ok, thanks for the info. I like the first one because it seems like it would be a step up from the AC Freezer. It's small for a 120mm cooler. I'm also looking at the OCZ Vendetta. Haven't decided yet.

This looks like a real steal @ Directron ($29.99). Is it as good as the reviews say? How flat is the base? With those exposed heat pipes, I would really hesitate to lap this one.
