Kingston SSDNow V 128GB - $120 AR

not a bad price per drive.. this series of drives is ok though. i had a 64GB ssd-vnow (this same series) one when they first came out, and on one of my motherboards (a biostar 785g) it would randomly lose detection in the bios and would have to be unplugged physically and redetected. was annoying enough that i sold the drive after an rma (i still have the "notebook kit" usb piece actaully). i ended up getting a new board too so i have no idea what was really to blame since it worked ok on some other boards (all ECS) i had. so yeah if it works with your system you are golden.

Finally under $1/GB for a SSD. This is the point where I call it a hot deal, though this is where pricing should be... before mail-in rebate.

The rebate form specifically says Newegg and Newegg Business only, unless there is a different rebate form elsewhere.

Buy.com has the Kingston rebate on several models but I don't see this particular model available on their site.
