Ah fvck! I just bought the 1GB kit from newegg for $240. I could probably order this and get it here even before the newegg package arrives via "express saver". Interesting how the 512 parts are 98 each or 210 for the pair. Wonder what you get for the extra $14. :)

BTW, Kingston charges tax in some areas.

If you're looking for the "kit" version with 2x256...

You have to go through the original link, use the "Find Memory" link, do a search on "DDR PC3200".

pick "KHX3200AK2/512" - 512MB Kit HyperX DDR 400MHz 2-3-2-6-1.
Regular price is $150 - now $105.

Thanks for the heads up.

See here! :)

Note...it may default to 333 MHz because of the CL2 as Dell uses less agressive timings in high end memory . YMMV.

the extra money is because they test them so they are guaranteed to work in dual channel mode..

Worked for me last night. Ordered the 1GB PC3200 Kit. It was $14 higher than buying two separate 512MB chips, but they will be a matched pair (probably would have been anyway, but what the heck, still a great deal).

Fry's has a better deal right now for Hyper X PC4000 @ $109, but for those of you without a Frys near by, decent deal.
