These are the markings on my 512 mg pc2700 valuram from kingston..what do they mean

For what it's worth, it might be 5ns RAM which makes it DDR400 modules.

they seem to run fine at 4:5 divider with cpu160/ram 200 ... 2.6v cas 2.5/3/3/6 on my IT7 Max2 Rev 2
