I want to put a Kingston HyperX SH103S3 in my Sony Vaio laptop. I'm pretty sure it is SATA1(SATA150). Its running Intel AHCI drivers and Windows 7 Pro, will that SSD work?
The BIOS has pretty much no hard drive options and I've emailed Kingston, thought I'd ask here as well before I start taking the laptop apart.
