Kingston HyperX PC3500

I own a pair of Kingston Hyper X PC3500 modules, and I wan´t to know what chip has inside. I don´t want to take of the heatsinks, because they are really tight and I don´t want to mess them up. Anyone knows what chips has? AIDA says it´s Kingston K chips, although I´m not sure if Kingston builds chips or just builds modules.
Any thoughts?

Kingston just rebadges someone elses chips. They do put the chips on their own pcb's though. There is really know sure fire way to know what chips unless you take off the heatspreader as far as I know. Maybe there are some numbers or something that can help you with the brand of chips. But I don't know what to look for.
