my screen flashes when i use my mouse scroll in internet explorer..

is it because of my ram?

i'm running it at 2-2-2-6 @ 200 mhz

it's kingston hyperX pc3000

i've already upped the vdimm voltage to 2.77...

too aggressive? or what?

suggestions?

I'd back it down, I don't even think that RAM is rated to run that aggressively at its rated speed of PC3000 (185MHz).

How's about 2-2-2-7? Man, I've read heaps of threads about people getting that memory to 200MHz and more with tight timings (I think they were at Xtremesystems and AMDMB). Good luck.

WOW!!!

fixed it...

moved the memory over from slot 1 to slot 3 on my 8RDA+ and it solved the problem...

weird huh?

Well.. on the 8RDA, the dimm slot 0 is all the way on the right, all by itself, and #1 and #2 are on the left. Did you originally put the memory in the dimm slot on the left?

no, i checked the manual...

dimm slot 1 is the far right one by itself

slot 2 is the far left one and slot 3 is the middle one...

i moved it from slot 1 to slot 3 and it fixed it 😀 😀 😀 😀
