Yeah, the timings are a little bit misleading in the RAM description. For what it's worth, I'm running this RAM @440MHz with timings set to 2-3-2-6. My Asrock board only has two settings for RAM voltage, Normal (1.6v) and High (1.7v) so I'm running it @1.7v. But I would do that anyway since I'm running it faster than the 400MHz spec.
(There is a user-made voltmod + BIOS hack out there that allows setting different RAM voltages on this Asrock board, but I haven't needed to use it.)
