Kingston HyperX AMD 64 Mobo Recommendation

Hello all.

I recently purchased the following RAM with the intent of getting a good deal...
Kingston 1GB PC3200 400MHz 2-64x64 HyperX DDR Memory 184Pin (KHX3200AK2/1G)

Now I must choose a motherboard. I'm leaning towards the MSI Neo2, but before I make my decision I'm interested to hear who out there 1. got the same ram, or 2. also has Kingston HyperX and what AMD64 motherboard you're running it on. What kind of stability issues have you had with the RAM/mobo combo?
