Kingston HyperX 8GB 1866MHz DDR3 Memory and McAfee Bundle - $20 AMIR

WARNING! WARNING! HUGE Rebate commitment. $90 MIR ($30 Kingston + $60 McAfee)

I know this may turnoff a lot of you. I had success with a similar TigerDirect deal that had the gawdawful CA Anti-virus package deal. Similar in requirement, product activation and enable Auto Renewal with credit card is required. In this one you may cancel your subscription after the 10th month of your 1 year subscription term. HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do NOT use your cc. Rather, opt to use your rebate card that you receive from any one of the other deals. This was suggested by one of the forum member here awhile back.

Oh, there is also a $30 off $125 MasterPass deal going on. So essentially you can add something for $16-$20 that you can get a freebie as a result.

Kingston lost my business over failed rebate, not a big amount but they were total jerks.

The bait and switch incident is another reason not to deal with them any more.

Going from 480MB/s to 173MB/s read speeds because you switched to inferior parts and saying "we are within spec because we only claimed 'up to'" is just plain evil.

I saw a bunch of complaints about the McAfee rebate over on Slickdeals so I'm going to pass. Not worth the trouble of tracking down the rebate when it gets refused.
