Kingston DataTraveler Elite

Is there a performance change if I get a 1gb or larger drive rather than the recommended 512mb drive? Will either the read or write speed change, and, if so, what would be the new readings?

According to this Anandtech evaluation of flash drives (http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=2549), the Kingston DataTraveler Elite (512mb) and the Lexar JumpDrive Lightning (1gb) were rated the highest. My question is whether I would see any performance reduction if I went with a larger Kingston DTE. I am looking at both 1gb and 4gb versions. Would the size of the drive affect the performance? I would love to see a comparison, like in this report, only using larger Kingston DTEs. I hope, after reading this article, you have a clearer idea of what I am seeking.
Thank you for your assistance.
